Refund policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

At Bridge Social Lab, we aim to provide high-quality social media marketing services. Because our work involves strategic planning, content development, and ongoing management, the following refund policy applies.

1. No Returns on Services

Once social media strategy, content planning, or campaign management work has started, the service cannot be reversed or returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

  • No work or consultation has been started

  • No marketing materials or strategies have been delivered

Partial refunds may be issued depending on the portion of services completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Social media campaigns or strategies have already been delivered

  • Delays occur due to missing client content or approvals

  • A client changes their decision after services begin

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Clients may cancel recurring services with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.
